About the role
- Monitor and sustain production environments;
- Respond to and follow up on technical support tickets;
- Provide client support in a shared-service (24x7) model, including weekend shifts;
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements;
- Analyze and optimize processes performed by the team;
- Automate and streamline recurring tasks;
- Produce monitoring reports and metrics;
- Support the team in maintaining stability and evolving the environments.
Requirements
- Experience with Python and/or Shell scripting;
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker);
- Knowledge of Kubernetes;
- Understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP);
- Familiarity with Git / GitHub / Bitbucket;
- Knowledge of coding best practices;
- Quick learner with new technologies;
- Proactive mindset, eager to streamline the team's recurring workloads;
- Ability to identify operational bottlenecks.
