About the role

  • Monitor and sustain production environments;
  • Respond to and follow up on technical support tickets;
  • Provide client support in a shared-service (24x7) model, including weekend shifts;
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements;
  • Analyze and optimize processes performed by the team;
  • Automate and streamline recurring tasks;
  • Produce monitoring reports and metrics;
  • Support the team in maintaining stability and evolving the environments.

Requirements

  • Experience with Python and/or Shell scripting;
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker);
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes;
  • Understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP);
  • Familiarity with Git / GitHub / Bitbucket;
  • Knowledge of coding best practices;
  • Quick learner with new technologies;
  • Proactive mindset, eager to streamline the team's recurring workloads;
  • Ability to identify operational bottlenecks.
