About the role

  • Monitor and maintain production environments;
  • Respond to and follow up on technical tickets;
  • Provide customer support in a shared 24x7 model, including weekend shifts;
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements;
  • Analyze and optimize processes executed by the team;
  • Automate and streamline recurring tasks;
  • Produce monitoring reports and key metrics;
  • Support the team in ensuring the stability and evolution of the environments.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Python and/or Shell scripting;
  • Experience with containerization (Docker);
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes;
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP);
  • Familiarity with Git / GitHub / Bitbucket;
  • Knowledge of coding best practices;
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies;
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to streamline the team's recurring tasks;
  • Ability to identify operational bottlenecks.
