About the role

  • Define the solution architecture within the VTEX IO ecosystem, evaluating the use of native apps versus custom components;
  • Provide technical leadership for the Front-end and Back-end squad, performing Code Reviews, removing technical impediments, and ensuring development best practices;
  • Serve as the technical focal point in meetings, coordinating asset intake and advocating for local architectural decisions;
  • Design and validate integration solutions for videos via external repositories or APIs, working around VTEX storage limitations;
  • Monitor performance and security metrics from the start of development;
  • Support the Delivery Leader in estimating Sprint effort and managing technical risks.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with VTEX IO;
  • Previous experience as a Tech Lead on projects;
  • Knowledge of front-end and back-end architecture;
  • Consistent practice with Code Review, Clean Code, and SOLID principles;
  • Experience with integrations via APIs and external services;
  • Knowledge of performance metrics such as Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals;
  • Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Advanced or fluent English for communication with international teams.
