About the role

  • Manage corporate data administration and governance, ensuring the standardization, quality and integrity of information;
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to define and evolve data models;
  • Create, maintain and validate conceptual, logical and physical data models, both relational and dimensional;
  • Support the definition of standards, policies and best practices for data modeling and usage;
  • Use data modeling and data integration tools for documentation and maintenance of environments;
  • Interact with business areas, technology teams, Application Development (AD) and DBAs to align, approve and deploy data models;
  • Support data quality, metadata and data lineage initiatives;
  • Ensure data models comply with defined architectures and the organization’s data strategies;
  • Analyze the impact of changes to data structures and systems;
  • Support integration, migration and database evolution projects;
  • Develop functional and data modeling considering business needs.

Requirements

  • Degree and/or specialization in information technology (Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development or related fields);
  • Proficiency in SQL Server;
  • Experience with conceptual and physical data modeling;
  • Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica PowerExchange, Informatica Data Quality and Informatica Metadata Management;
  • Experience with the SAP PowerDesigner modeling tool;
  • Data analysis, requirements analysis, and development of conceptual, logical and physical data models (relational and dimensional);
  • Experience with Oracle;
  • Interaction with Application Development (AD) and DBA teams for discussion, approval and deployment of models.
