About the role
- Design and develop a conversational agent platform capable of capturing information in natural language;
- Implement mechanisms to extract, correlate, and validate required fields, ensuring data consistency and quality;
- Generate formal structures (JSON) for integration with legacy systems and internal workflows;
- Orchestrate calls to internal APIs, ensuring reliability and traceability;
- Develop a chat interface integrated with 360i, including session management, conversation reset, text/email upload, and user feedback collection;
- Establish the technical foundation of the solution, including basic agent orchestration, short-term memory, and integration with LLMs;
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment with operational needs.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python for backend development and integration with LLMs;
- Experience with Amazon EKS for containerized application orchestration;
- Experience with AWS SageMaker for consuming, integrating, or managing machine learning models;
- Knowledge of distributed systems architecture and API-based integrations;
- Preferred: Experience with Amazon S3 for data storage;
- Experience using AWS Lambda for serverless processing and integrations;
- Knowledge of Spark for large-scale data processing;
- Proficiency in SQL for queries, validations, and data analysis.
