About the role
- Support monthly financial reporting for assigned surgery centers, including variance analysis and identification of key performance drivers
- Analyze trends in revenue, case mix, payer mix, and cost structure to help explain financial performance
- Work with finance team to translate financial results into clear insights that support operational decision-making
- Contribute to quarterly and annual forecasting processes for assigned centers
- Maintain financial projections at the center and portfolio level
- Collaborate with center administrators and operations leadership to understand operational drivers of financial performance
- Build and maintain financial models connecting operational metrics to financial outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data visibility as the organization grows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role
- Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow)
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear insights for business partners
- Curiosity and interest in understanding operational drivers of financial performance.
