About the role

Support monthly financial reporting for assigned surgery centers, including variance analysis and identification of key performance drivers
Analyze trends in revenue, case mix, payer mix, and cost structure to help explain financial performance
Work with finance team to translate financial results into clear insights that support operational decision-making
Contribute to quarterly and annual forecasting processes for assigned centers
Maintain financial projections at the center and portfolio level
Collaborate with center administrators and operations leadership to understand operational drivers of financial performance
Build and maintain financial models connecting operational metrics to financial outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data visibility as the organization grows

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role
Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow)
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear insights for business partners
Curiosity and interest in understanding operational drivers of financial performance.
