About the role

  • Support monthly financial reporting for assigned surgery centers, including variance analysis and identification of key performance drivers
  • Analyze trends in revenue, case mix, payer mix, and cost structure to help explain financial performance
  • Work with finance team to translate financial results into clear insights that support operational decision-making
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual forecasting processes for assigned centers
  • Maintain financial projections at the center and portfolio level
  • Collaborate with center administrators and operations leadership to understand operational drivers of financial performance
  • Build and maintain financial models connecting operational metrics to financial outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data visibility as the organization grows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role
  • Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow)
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear insights for business partners
  • Curiosity and interest in understanding operational drivers of financial performance.
