About the role

  • Own the development and refinement of detailed financial models for acquisition and de novo opportunities
  • Lead analysis of historical performance, forecasts, and key value drivers
  • Pressure-test assumptions and identify financial risks, sensitivities, and upside opportunities
  • Play a key role in financial due diligence, including review of diligence materials and third-party valuation reports
  • Prepare and present financial analyses and recommendations to Deal Team and senior leadership
  • Support structuring considerations and post-close performance tracking
  • Continuously improve underwriting tools, templates, and processes

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, healthcare finance, transaction advisory, or a related field
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of valuation concepts, return metrics, and deal economics
  • Ability to independently manage workstreams and drive analysis to completion
  • Strong business judgment and ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Preferred (Not Required): Direct healthcare or ASC experience and/or experience supporting joint ventures or physician partnership structures
