About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver and coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for providers across multiple clinical service lines.
Train providers on electronic health record (EHR) systems, documentation standards, billing and coding requirements, and technology platforms.
Maintain expertise in multiple EHR systems and provide ongoing support to providers.
Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to ensure required training, competencies, and compliance activities are completed.
Coordinate OSHA training, assist with mock inspections, and support organizational compliance initiatives.
Participate in provider meetings, committees, and special projects focused on improving provider efficiency and organizational performance.
Support continuous learning by identifying training needs and promoting best practices across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School/GED degree required
2 years' experience using electronic health records or similar documentation tool, clinical setting processes, or training required
A valid, unrestricted driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
Must possess and maintain a current, active Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, medical assistant certification or dental assistant certification
Enjoy teaching, coaching, and helping others build confidence in new systems and processes.
Communicate complex information in a clear, engaging, and approachable way.
Have experience with electronic health records and understand clinical workflows.
Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple training priorities across departments.
Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with providers, clinical teams, and operational leaders.
Value continuous learning, process improvement, and delivering high-quality support that helps providers focus on exceptional patient care.
