Key responsibilities & impact

Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone
Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resources
Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards
Participate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours required
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred
At least one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is the highest degree obtained
Working knowledge of DSM-V required
Excel at active listening and communicating with empathy and professionalism
Can remain calm and focused under pressure
Are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team
Believe in the power of connection and recovery for every individual you serve
