About the role

  • **What you’ll do:**
  • You will join the Compass AU Support function in our Melbourne Office, working with the Support Manager & Support Supervisors. As a Level 2 Client Support Officer you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, thorough and accurate support to schools of all jurisdictions using Compass. You will be expected to have a sound understanding of modules and usage of Compass across multiple jurisdictions, and be able to pull from this to provide support.
  • **Specifically, you will:**
  • - Provide support to schools through email, LiveChat and phone enquiries.
  • - Provide comprehensive and creative solutions to issues as they arise.
  • - Prioritise time and duties to respond to high priority and time sensitive requests.
  • - Assist L3 Officer’s with Enterprise and Independent school support.
  • - Conduct sessions with schools to provide support with module configuration.
  • - Work with the Product and Customer Success team for escalations and providing solutions as needed.
