- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, strategic thinking, and measurable business impact
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams while coaching and developing talent
- Ability to translate business goals into compelling creative strategies that resonate with customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Data-informed mindset with experience using performance insights to optimize creative work
- High standards for creative quality, storytelling, and brand consistency
