Software Engineer II

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build new features and enhancements on top of established integrations based on customer needs and data
- Maintain and upgrade existing integrations, including endpoint updates and deprecation management
- Investigate and debug issues using logs, monitoring tools, and a whole lot of curiosity
- Use AI tooling to move faster and work smarter across debugging and development workflows
- Partner closely with your team lead to keep maintenance and enhancement work in its own lane, so new integration builds stay on track
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of professional software engineering experience; you've worked in the field, not just studied it
- Full-stack experience, comfortable contributing on both the front end and back end
- A genuine curiosity and investigative mindset: when something breaks, you want to understand why
- Ability to work through ambiguous debugging challenges independently and move forward without a clear path
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, feedback-friendly approach
- You live and work permanently in the U.S. (We’re not set up to hire outside the U.S.)
