About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive expansion across your book of business through upsells, cross-sells, and increasing product adoption
  • Lead commercial conversations around contract renewals, upgrades, and multi-year agreements (typically $25K+ ACV)
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including directors and, where appropriate, C-suite executives
  • Partner with CSMs to participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, reinforcing value and supporting growth conversations
  • Develop and execute account plans to proactively identify opportunities and deliver increased value to customers
  • Actively manage renewals and identify at-risk accounts, implementing retention strategies to prevent churn
  • Educate customers on the benefits of higher-tier plans, adding users, and longer-term contracts
  • Consult regularly with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and how CompanyCam can grow with them
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to share insights and improve the customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in a mid-market or enterprise SaaS account management or strategic sales role
  • Proven track record managing complex sales processes and larger deal sizes ($25K+ ACV)
  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder buying cycles
  • Comfort leading QBRs and managing longer sales cycles with confidence
  • A data-driven approach using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically about accounts while still moving deals forward
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • A continuous growth mindset with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving
  • A knack for creativity and innovation
