About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive expansion across your book of business through upsells, cross-sells, and increasing product adoption
- Lead commercial conversations around contract renewals, upgrades, and multi-year agreements (typically $25K+ ACV)
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including directors and, where appropriate, C-suite executives
- Partner with CSMs to participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, reinforcing value and supporting growth conversations
- Develop and execute account plans to proactively identify opportunities and deliver increased value to customers
- Actively manage renewals and identify at-risk accounts, implementing retention strategies to prevent churn
- Educate customers on the benefits of higher-tier plans, adding users, and longer-term contracts
- Consult regularly with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and how CompanyCam can grow with them
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to share insights and improve the customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in a mid-market or enterprise SaaS account management or strategic sales role
- Proven track record managing complex sales processes and larger deal sizes ($25K+ ACV)
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder buying cycles
- Comfort leading QBRs and managing longer sales cycles with confidence
- A data-driven approach using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically about accounts while still moving deals forward
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- A continuous growth mindset with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving
- A knack for creativity and innovation
