About the role
- Lead the Product Analytics team to turn data into actionable insights
- Define and own the product analytics roadmap
- Design, execute, and interpret experiments
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders
- Build and maintain data pipelines
- Mentor and develop a team of analysts
- Create dashboards and reports that translate insights
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics or data science
- 3+ years leading high-performing analytics teams
- Highly fluent in SQL and BI tools (Amplitude, Metabase)
- Comfortable scripting in Python or R
- Hands-on experience with modern data stacks (dbt, Snowflake, Amplitude)
- Skilled at experimentation and feature-flagging (Optimizely, LaunchDarkly)
- Thrive in SaaS environments
