About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies targeting enterprise accounts
- Generate qualified inbound and outbound pipeline through campaigns, partnerships, events, and digital channels
- Design and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Develop scalable acquisition funnels across paid, organic, email, and outbound channels
- Own experimentation across acquisition channels and continuously optimize CAC, conversion, and engagement metrics
- Launch and manage performance marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, content syndication, etc.)
- Drive SEO and content growth initiatives focused on AI, automation, and enterprise transformation
- Own marketing reporting, attribution, and funnel analytics
- Track and improve campaign performance using data-driven insights
- Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to support strategic decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or B2B SaaS marketing
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and outbound/inbound acquisition strategies
- Experience scaling pipeline generation in high-growth startup environments
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, or similar
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking funnel metrics and campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong interest in AI, developer tools, enterprise software, or emerging technologies.
