About the role
- Join a market leader in the Shopify ecosystem building Vitals, an all-in-one Shopify app used by 150+ million shoppers across 30,000+ stores.
- Drive product strategy for major initiatives: partner with leadership to define vision and deliver results at scale.
- Prototype AI-powered solutions: use technical background and AI tools to create prototypes, test with users, and iterate.
- Customer-first discovery: run weekly customer interviews, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and identify scalable opportunities.
- Prioritize with impact: lead prioritization across multiple initiatives ensuring clarity and focus.
- Collaborate with engineering & design: partner closely with technical teams and accelerate delivery through outcome-based thinking.
- Champion product excellence: ensure solutions are functional and delightful, maintaining Vitals’ reputation on the Shopify App Store.
Requirements
- Proven senior-level product management: 7+ years experience shipping impactful digital products, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS.
- Shopify expertise: Deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem from building apps or working with merchants.
- Technical acumen: Ability to partner with engineering, understand technical constraints, and use lightweight tools to test product ideas.
- AI-first mindset: Experience using AI tools for prototyping, analysis, and discovery.
- Analytical & user-focused: Strong ability to work with data and customer insights to guide prioritization and decision-making.
- Strategic & executional balance: Ability to set vision and solve detailed problems.
- Excellent communicator: Clear expression of product ideas with structured writing and storytelling.
- Team leadership: Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers and scaling product teams in startups.
- Startup mindset: High energy, bias towards action, and comfort with ambiguity.
