About the role

  • Lead Product Manager for Vitals, an all-in-one Shopify app used by 150+ million shoppers across 30,000+ stores.
  • Shape product strategy and vision in collaboration with leadership.
  • Manage and mentor a growing product team; ensure alignment and high performance.
  • Prototype AI-powered solutions and iterate quickly with user feedback.
  • Run weekly customer interviews and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Prioritize initiatives across 40+ apps in the Vitals suite and drive impactful decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to accelerate delivery.
  • Champion product excellence to maintain Vitals’ high reputation on Shopify App Store.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in digital products, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem (building apps or working directly with merchants).
  • Hands-on technical experience (software engineering, prototyping, or similar).
  • AI-first mindset and experience using AI tools for prototyping, analysis, and discovery.
  • Strong analytical skills and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to define vision, prioritize, and balance strategy with execution.
  • Excellent communication, structured writing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers and scaling product teams in a startup.
  • Startup mindset: high energy, bias towards action, thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments.
