Growth Marketing Analyst – Mid-level
Company HeroGrowth Marketing Analyst focused on planning and executing demand generation campaigns for SaaS at Company Hero. Collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams for effective results.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns to increase the volume of qualified opportunities for the Sales team.
- Continuously test new channels, formats, and acquisition initiatives, monitor results, and iterate quickly.
- Produce content, landing pages, emails, campaign materials, and other marketing assets using AI as a productivity tool.
- Build and optimize nurture sequences and lifecycle marketing initiatives in partnership with the CRM team.
- Support cross-sell and upsell campaigns to increase product and feature adoption among the customer base.
- Work together with Sales on audience segmentation, list building, and identifying prospecting opportunities.
- Monitor key funnel metrics daily, identify improvement opportunities, and propose new experiments.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and convert data into actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Serve as a bridge between the PJ Management squad and the global Marketing team, ensuring alignment of campaigns, events, initiatives, and priorities.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing to ensure activities are connected to business needs and growth objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in SaaS companies.
- Experience working in startups or scale-ups with a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience independently executing demand generation campaigns.
- Track record of monitoring funnel metrics and using data to inform decisions.
- Solid knowledge of the B2B acquisition and sales funnel.
- Experience with demand generation, multichannel campaigns, and growth marketing.
- Strong analytical skills to track KPIs, identify opportunities, and optimize results.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent written communication and content production using AI.
- High proficiency with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar models).
- Basic knowledge of paid media to support acquisition strategies.
