About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement IFRS, review financial and tax closings, establish internal controls, support audits, and consolidate international operations;
Strengthen Hero's governance to support growth, internationalization, and audits;
Deliver more reliable closings, robust controls, reduced risks, and an operation prepared to grow in a scalable and auditable way;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
Advanced knowledge of CPC/IFRS standards and corporate law;
Experience with external audits (Big Four or similar is a plus);
Knowledge of accounting consolidation and international reporting;
Knowledge of tax and accounting compliance filings;
Broad knowledge of direct taxes (Lucro Real);
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
*Not required, but it would be a plus if you have:*
Experience in technology companies, startups, or high-growth environments;
Experience with consolidation of corporate groups;
Experience in international or multinational operations;
Knowledge of US GAAP;
Experience with Due Diligence and M&A;
Knowledge of automation for financial and accounting processes;
Intermediate or advanced Spanish;
