About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contact clients at the early stage of delinquency, aiming to retain accounts, recover payments and manage each case appropriately.
  • Support operational routines for the team, including liaising with third-party partners and monitoring portfolio-related requests.
  • Organize databases and support internal operational processes, such as preparing information for suspensions, negative reporting and other area workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in customer service, collections, retention or client relationship management, with clear communication and confidence to conduct conversations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets to support controls, database organization and KPI tracking.
  • Analytical mindset, active listening and the ability to overcome objections while balancing customer experience and results.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
  • Previous experience in target-driven operations, with KPIs and portfolio monitoring routines.
  • Experience working in dynamic environments that involve operations, processes and customer relationship teams.
