About the role
- Lead a team of up to 10 inbound sales representatives, ensuring performance, engagement, and continuous development;
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline, and forecasts to ensure predictability and target achievement;
- Work closely with the team to remove obstacles, unblock negotiations, and increase conversion rates;
- Structure and lead commercial rituals (1:1s, feedback sessions, forecasting, trainings, and results meetings);
- Develop the team through individual development plans (IDPs), performance coaching, and one-on-one follow-ups;
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvements;
- Ensure excellence in CRM management and organization (HubSpot);
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Growth, and Customer Experience (CX) teams to optimize acquisition, conversion, and the customer journey;
- Maintain a high commercial energy level, creating rhythm, cadence, and a sense of urgency across operations;
- When needed, work hands-on in the operation to ensure execution and results.
Requirements
- Solid experience managing Inside/Inbound Sales teams;
- Strong analytical skills combined with fast execution;
- Hands-on profile, willing to step into the operation when necessary;
- Close leadership style, balancing empathy with firmness in management;
- High commercial energy with the ability to engage and set the team's pace;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with process adherence;
- Experience with aggressive targets and high-volume operations.
- Not required, but a plus if you have:
- Experience selling recurring services (subscription model), focused on revenue predictability;
- Experience at startups or high-growth companies with a dynamic, scale-oriented environment;
- Prior experience with virtual address services or B2B solutions;
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
