About the role
- Perform analysis and execution of legalization processes, including company formation, amendments, dissolution, and regularization.
- Prepare and review documentation: verify documents and file registrations with commercial registries and municipalities across Brazil.
- Draft articles of association (social contracts).
- Register with municipalities to ensure compliance with the relevant municipal authorities.
- Ensure deadlines and delivery quality, aligning with established SLAs.
- Assist in the review and approval of complex cases.
- Communicate with government agencies to resolve matters and progress processes.
- Stay up to date on rules and procedures of government bodies (Commercial Registries, Federal Revenue Service, Municipalities).
- Monitor performance indicators and drive improvements in operational workflows.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate area processes.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient user journey by providing technical support and guidance on processes.
- Maintain close communication with clients to ensure completion of procedures (protocols) and an excellent experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Law or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate legalization/compliance.
- High energy and willingness to contribute time and effort.
- Proactive approach to gathering information and solving problems.
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Not required but a plus:
- Experience in the technology sector, startups, or fast-growing companies.
