About the role

  • 360° content management: orchestrate Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn — briefing, production, content calendar, approvals and publishing
  • Ensure the monthly content schedule (posts per channel)
  • Analyze metrics weekly (engagement, reach, conversion)
  • Creator management: coordinate identification, negotiation and oversight of creators aligned with the target audience
  • Employee advocacy: turn employees into micro-influencers
  • Coordinate brand executives' LinkedIn strategy
  • Monitor ROI of creator campaigns
  • Develop YouTube as an educational channel
  • Define creative direction and coordinate production with videomakers
  • Manage content budget, vendors and freelancers
  • Direct report to the CMO with tactical and operational autonomy

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in Communications, Branding, Social Media or Public Relations
  • 3+ years leading creative teams (social, design, video, copy) with experience hiring, developing and, when necessary, offboarding
  • Experience working in startups and scale-ups (B2B/B2C) in a fast-paced environment. Preference for HRTechs, Fintechs and SaaS
  • Advanced English, intermediate Spanish (we are scaling internationally)
  • Strong command of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Fluency in social analytics across all platforms
  • Creative writing techniques
  • Absolute editorial and grammatical excellence
  • Ability to review and edit technical texts
  • Edutainment and didactic skills
  • Video — basic editing and briefing
  • Design — sharp aesthetic sensibility
  • Tools: Notion, Google Docs, LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), CapCut, among others.
