About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end‑to‑end multi-state payroll process
- Oversee benefits administration
- Lead open enrollment, related communications, and assist employees with questions
- Audit payroll and benefits data for data integrity and compliance
- Support comp‑related reporting, including year‑end W‑2, ACA filings, 401(k) compliance
- Process Improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of payroll and benefits experience in a law firm or other professional services firm
- Multi-state payroll experience
- Proficiency with ADP Payroll/HRIS systems and advanced Excel
- CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, or related certification a plus
