About the role
- Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated sales strategies
- Independently manage existing customers and acquire new accounts
- Analyze market, competitor and customer data to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams from Marketing, Technical/Engineering and Product Management
- Maintain and further develop our CRM system
- Prepare presentations and sales support materials
- Continuously optimize processes across the entire customer journey
- Use CRM systems to plan, manage and track sales activities
Requirements
- Degree in environmental and supply engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Meister/master craftsman)
- Several years of professional experience (3–5 years) in sales with industry experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology
- Strong sense for market, customer and competitive trends
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — both internal and external
- Result-oriented, structured working style and strong ability to close deals
- Confident user of CRM systems and common sales tools
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
