About the role

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated sales strategies
  • Independently manage existing customers and acquire new accounts
  • Analyze market, competitor and customer data to identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams from Marketing, Technical/Engineering and Product Management
  • Maintain and further develop our CRM system
  • Prepare presentations and sales support materials
  • Continuously optimize processes across the entire customer journey

Requirements

  • Degree in environmental and supply engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Meister/master craftsman)
  • Several years of professional experience (3–5 years) in sales with industry experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology
  • Strong sense for market, customer and competitive trends
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — both internal and external
  • Result-oriented, structured working style and strong ability to close deals
  • Confident user of CRM systems and common sales tools
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills
