About the role
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, bringing a consultative approach to influence hiring decisions, shape strategies, and align recruiting priorities with broader business goals
- Own the full candidate lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing — across roles of varying complexity and seniority
- Develop and refine job descriptions, hiring plans, and screening rubrics in collaboration with hiring managers
- Build scalable, repeatable recruiting workflows that grow with the company
- Mentor peers, share best practices, and help build a culture of continuous improvement that raises the bar for recruiting excellence
- Support Compa's CTO Leadership Team in executing hiring plans and talent strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience at a growth-stage company
- Track record hiring specialized technical and engineering roles
- Strong written and verbal communication with candidates, cross-functional leaders, and hiring teams
