About the role
- Support the development and refinement of customer success strategies, frameworks, and playbooks
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform decision-making
- Assist in building dashboards, reporting, and success metrics to measure program effectiveness
- Contribute to projects that enhance onboarding, adoption, and overall customer experience
- Conduct market and competitive research to benchmark customer success best practices
- Partner with Customer Success leadership on strategic initiatives that improve Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Support process improvement efforts, including documentation and enablement resources
Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
