About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent Commure at major healthcare conferences, tradeshows, and industry events nationwide.
  • Own and achieve a revenue quota by converting leads from conferences, tradeshows, and in-market visits into long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current partners, managing ongoing communications, escalations, and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies informed by conference insights and market trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of proven success in business development, partnerships, or sales within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed a sales quota.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage healthcare executives, administrators, and investors in event-driven settings.
  • Skilled at delivering polished, persuasive presentations both in person and virtually.
  • Enthusiastic about national travel, with a commitment to being on the road 50% of the month for conferences, tradeshows, and partner meetings.
  • A track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
