About the role

  • Be on the frontlines building lasting customer relationships and showcasing Commure’s ambient documentation product
  • Make cold calls and qualify accounts while launching targeted outbound campaigns into high potential accounts
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to improve outbound motion that drives revenue growth
  • Manage customer relationships and own the delivery of exceptional experiences for every customer
  • Speak at a high level about the ambient documentation product to customers
  • Break down challenging business problems and be proactive about solving emerging problems
  • Own execution and outcomes and drive operational metrics (process throughput, defect rate, etc.)
  • Run outreach with customers via phone, email, and demo calls
  • Commit to delivering customer value by understanding clients' use cases and aligning them with Commure’s best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Extremely flexible with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Process oriented, organized, and able to work well in unstructured environments
  • Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices to enable incremental improvement for the Implementation team
  • Expertise in project management with experience deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Energized by interacting with customers and delivering great customer experience
  • Relentless in searching for truth, asking questions, and understanding customer requests
  • Comfortable working in an autonomous environment and identifying internal and external blockers
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence
