About the role
- Prepare monthly and quarterly product P&Ls to support various business unit owners and help them understand performance metrics.
- Perform month-to-month flux and variance analysis to understand trends.
- Build revenue-related models and analytics (pipeline, retention, commission validation).
- Serve as bridge between FP&A and Accounting to review accounting tasks for alignment with FP&A guidelines.
- Conduct ad-hoc manual financial analyses as required by the finance team.
- Extract specific financial and non-financial information from large volumes of contracts with accuracy.
- Design and edit professional-quality slides for internal and external presentations.
- Clean and organize data within financial systems (NetSuite, Salesforce) and other transaction systems to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Collaborate closely with finance and accounting team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective communication.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance FP&A accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience working in an FP&A team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (MUST).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to work night shift (BST 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), Monday to Friday.
