About the role
- Create and deliver high-quality, polished, and intuitive UI/UX designs that enhance the overall visual appeal and user experience of Commure Insights.
- Create wireframes, low and high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes in Figma and other AI-powered tools to support the development of new features and product enhancements.
- Conduct user research, develop insights through journey mapping, UX workflow analysis, and testing to validate design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Develop design briefs and PRDs framing product opportunities and translating them into actionable projects.
- Drive design strategy and execution, set a high bar for craftsmanship and design excellence that sets the standard for healthcare productivity software.
- Work closely with design and cross-functional partners, including product managers, engineers, and customer success teams, to conceptualize and refine product features.
- Solicit and share feedback for continuous improvement, articulating your design decisions throughout the process.
- Identify future opportunities and influence product roadmaps as a key thought partner to your product and engineering counterparts, balancing business requirements and end-user needs.
- Work alongside a talented and passionate team of designers, polishing your design craft through fast-growing products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product design, industrial design, architecture, human-computer-interaction, or other related fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing research-driven UX design, exceptional visual design and problem solving abilities.
- Proficiency in designing high-fidelity interfaces and building interactive prototypes in Figma and AI-powered tools.
- Experience working with and contributing to a design system
