About the role
- Play a pivotal role in Operations focusing on Revenue-Cycle Management across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Account Management
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of all aspects of client onboarding from project initiation to launch
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes for scalability and efficiency
- Break down challenging business problems and own execution and outcomes
- Drive operational metrics (process throughput, defect rate) and proactively solve emerging problems
- Maintain end-to-end access to ensure seamless onboarding and drive business metrics
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams
- SQL required or robust analytical experience
- Expertise in project management and deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Retool; Google Suite is a plus
- Experience in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) space is a bonus
- Able to work 5 days on-site in Mountain View, CA
- Comfortable with up to 30% travel expectation for this role
