Play a pivotal role in Operations focusing on Revenue-Cycle Management across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Account Management
Ensure efficient and timely execution of all aspects of client onboarding from project initiation to launch
Engage in cross-functional collaboration to provide an exceptional customer experience
Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes for scalability and efficiency
Break down challenging business problems and own execution and outcomes
Drive operational metrics (process throughput, defect rate) and proactively solve emerging problems
Maintain end-to-end access to ensure seamless onboarding and drive business metrics

0-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams
SQL required or robust analytical experience
Expertise in project management and deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) space is a bonus
Able to work 5 days on-site in Mountain View, CA
Comfortable with up to 30% travel expectation for this role
