About the role
- Conduct quality assurance checks on operational processes, ensuring accuracy and zero errors
- Follow detailed processes meticulously and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation
- Analyze large datasets and perform quality checks using SQL, Microsoft Excel, and other tools to identify discrepancies and optimize processes
- Write detailed instructions and process documents to guide internal teams
- Communicate complex topics clearly in written and verbal formats
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management to uphold quality standards and resolve issues
- Work night shift on-site (10 PM to 7 AM) to support Operations and Revenue Cycle Management
Requirements
- Extreme Attention to Detail
- Proficiency in SQL – writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, working with large relational datasets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
- Strong Documentation Skills – create and maintain detailed process documentation
- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills
- Ownership and Accountability – take full ownership of responsibilities and high-quality output
- Adaptability – ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage ambiguity
- Willingness to work Night shift (10 PM to 7 AM) on-site in Dhaka
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data and perform quality checks
