About the role
- Simplify healthcare and deliver AI solutions for clinical documentation, provider copilots, autonomous coding, and revenue cycle management.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations demonstrating product value and functionality.
- Collaborate with customers and engineering to ensure system requirements alignment and address technical challenges.
- Provide technical support to sales during the sales process and build strong customer relationships.
- Plan and coordinate product modifications to meet customer needs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Assist clients in resolving product usage issues and provide expert guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Relevant experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex product details.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering.
