About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide tactical direction and vision to the CVP family of veterinary hospitals
- Ensure high level of customer service to clients and pets
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Practice Managers, Lead Doctors and Associate Doctors
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field
- Minimum of eight (8) years of Veterinary Practice/Management experience
- Three (3) years or more in multi-location management in a service industry role
- Prior knowledge of Veterinary Practice Management Software is preferred
- Reside in the Central PA area
