About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide tactical direction and vision to the CVP family of veterinary hospitals
Responsible for 13 to 17 locations
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Develop and maintain strong business relationships
Accountable for P&L management
Initiate and supervise facility improvement projects
Develop proactive marketing strategies for revenue growth
Work with Practice Managers to forecast staffing needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field
A minimum of Eight (8) years of Veterinary Practice/Management experience
At least three (3) years in multi-location management
MS Office
Prior knowledge of Veterinary Practice Management Software
