About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Oversee the Finance team's role in the end-to-end integration of new acquisitions and new-build locations.
Review consolidated financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses for multi-unit operations.
Maintain, monitor, and enhance internal control frameworks across all accounting functions to mitigate risk.
Coordinate external audit processes, serving as the primary point of contact and managing the preparation of PBC schedules.
Partner with cross-functional leadership to streamline financial workflows and support strategic corporate objectives.
Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and professional development to the Accounting department.
Manage complex accounting treatments, including revenue recognition and purchase accounting for acquisitions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
Ten years of progressive GAAP accounting experience, with at least three years in a supervisory or senior manager-level capacity.
Extensive experience with multi-unit business structures.
Strong background in M&A financial integration and opening accounting for new-build locations.
Advanced systems proficiency.
