About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide tactical direction and vision to the CVP family of veterinary hospitals
  • Responsible for 13 to 17 locations
  • Ensure high level of customer service to clients and pets
  • Upkeep CVP medical and non-medical standards
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
  • Accountable for P&L management and monthly reporting
  • Develop and implement solutions for revenue growth and cost control challenges
  • Recruit and develop Practice Managers and team members
  • Maintain clean and organized hospitals
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field is required or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • A minimum of Eight (8) years of Veterinary Practice/Management experience, preferably with three (3) years or more in multi-location management in a service industry role.
  • MS Office and Prior knowledge of Veterinary Practice Management Software is preferred.
