About the role
- Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and answering phone calls
- Collecting and recording accurate client and pet information
- Communicating effectively with clients regarding their pets' health and treatment plans
- Assisting veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized front office and waiting area
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for working with animals and their owners
- Basic knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
