About the role
- Assist clients with exceptional customer service
- Provide compassionate care to all patients
- Handle phones calls, emails, texts, and process messages
- Book, confirm, and manage appointments, surgeries, and procedures
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
- Troubleshoot client communication issues
- Maintain a clean and neat reception area
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of basic veterinary terms and procedures
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Patience and respect for client, patients and colleagues
- Ability to deal with stressful situations
