About the role

  • Greet clients and pets warmly, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out
  • Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client communications
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records and client files
  • Process payments and assist with billing inquiries
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure a smooth daily workflow
  • Provide compassionate support to clients during both routine visits and emotional situations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a medical office environment
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Cornerstone veterinary software system is a plus but not required
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
