About the role
- Greet clients and pets warmly, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out
- Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client communications
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records and client files
- Process payments and assist with billing inquiries
- Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure a smooth daily workflow
- Provide compassionate support to clients during both routine visits and emotional situations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a medical office environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Cornerstone veterinary software system is a plus but not required
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented approach to client care.
