Program Manager – IDD Community Home Services
Community Services Group - CSGProgram Manager overseeing IDD Community Homes at CSG. Ensuring program management and improving quality of life for individuals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide leadership and program oversight in the supervision of intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) Community Homes.
- Communicate and foster company values and philosophies as well as general program management.
- Support your team by fostering open communication, setting clear expectations, and providing necessary resources, training, and regular feedback.
- Enhance quality of the individuals’ lives by promoting inclusion, recovery, and integration into the community.
- Ensure implementation of individual program and behavioral plans and activities.
- Oversee the maintenance and completion of documentation required by the company, state or federal regulations, etc.
- Account for the management of program budgets, petty cash and the oversight of the financial transactions of the individuals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, 1 year experience working directly with persons with intellectual and/or developmental disability (IDD) and 1 year supervisory experience.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, 2 years of experience working directly with persons with IDD and 1 year supervisory experience.
- An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university, 4 years of experience working directly with persons with IDD and 1 year supervisory experience (except in the ICF/MR setting).
- High school diploma or equivalency, 6 years of work experience working directly with persons with IDD and 1 year supervisory experience (except in the ICF/MR setting).
- Must have 1 year supervisory experience to be considered.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individuals to appointments.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
