About the role
- Serve as go-to data partner for internal teams, executing SQL queries and creating reports
- Build and maintain dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Support colleagues learning SQL and provide rapid analysis for decision-making
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting ecosystem
- Perform strategic analysis: identify trends, surface insights, present actionable findings
- Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership on initiatives
Requirements
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Comfort with AI-first data reporting tools like BlazeSQL or the Data Analyst GPT
- Comfort with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis (nice to have)
- Experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar)
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related role
- Experience working with subscription data preferred
- Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills
