About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate Family, Friend & Neighbor (FFN) Play & Learn groups using the Kaleidoscope Play & Learn Model and related frameworks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners to expand Play & Learn opportunities
- Guide partners through the design and implementation of new Play & Learn groups
- Transport, manage, and maintain Play & Learn materials and supplies across multiple locations
- Support communication and outreach efforts to increase community awareness and participation
- Collaborate with FFN coordinators and Early Learning team members to improve program quality and consistency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Early Childhood Education
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
- Ability to pass Washington State and federal background checks
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
