Assists the clinical support nurse's and Navigator Specialists and Leads in the day-to-day call center functions to aid in exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or 1 year of equivalent work experience.
Minimum: Certified Medical Assistant in the state of California within 18 months of hire or transfer.
Minimum: Knowledge of clinical practices and medical terminology, Ability to understand use, function, interpret, document and keep records. Familiarity with MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Electronic Medical Records.
Minimum: 1 year of medical assistant experience in a clinic setting.
Preferred: California State Certified Medical Assistant.
Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of medical scribe experience in a clinic or hospital setting. Experience using call center phone systems.
