Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic, data-driven insights to enhance philanthropy at Cottage Health.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and forecasts for fundraising strategies.
Develop and implement a cohesive strategy for analytics to inform decision-making.
Create predictive models to forecast donor behavior and optimize fundraising efforts.
Work with various data sources ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Manage Advancement’s database systems and conduct operational systems analysis.
Provide training and support to the end-user community.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education following the standard two years of experience is equivalent to one year of education.
Preferred: Extensive experience with Blackbaud’s products, including The Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud NetCommunity.
Experience with data modeling and report development, including SQL and Power BI.
Minimum: Five years of previous database experience.
Experience working with business intelligence reporting tools.
