About the role
- Support the Chief Information Officer and the VP of Quality Support Services.
- Provide independent administrative support and develop workflow process and systems with minimal supervision and direction.
- Prepare routine correspondence (letters, memoranda, reports, minutes) and edit for grammatical accuracy and professional presentation.
- Respond on behalf of Vice President as directed.
- Send out agendas prior to meetings, take minutes, transcribe information and distribute minutes.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and other duties or projects as needed for department members.
Requirements
- Preferred: AA Degree.
- Minimum: 60 wpm keyboarding/typing speed.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
- Minimum: 5+ years previous related experience.
