About the role

  • Support the Chief Information Officer and the VP of Quality Support Services.
  • Provide independent administrative support and develop workflow process and systems with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Prepare routine correspondence (letters, memoranda, reports, minutes) and edit for grammatical accuracy and professional presentation.
  • Respond on behalf of Vice President as directed.
  • Send out agendas prior to meetings, take minutes, transcribe information and distribute minutes.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and other duties or projects as needed for department members.

Requirements

  • Preferred: AA Degree.
  • Minimum: 60 wpm keyboarding/typing speed.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
  • Minimum: 5+ years previous related experience.
