Key responsibilities & impact

Bring expertise to the coordination of specific facility-wide innovation and performance improvements
Develop and administer improvements in alignment with the facility’s strategic goals
Promote the facility’s capacity to adopt innovative approaches to problem-solving
Champion a culture of innovation and performance improvement
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and performance levels that suggest opportunities for improvement
Develop data collection structure, method, plan and format
Assess and provide recommendations on key performance indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Management, Organizational Development or related field required
1 year of prior experience with project management, research, and data analysis required
Masters Degree preferred
3 years of experience in healthcare quality and healthcare data preferred
Experience creating reports and using reporting tools preferred
