About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the Purchasing team by driving operational excellence across sourcing workflows
- Manages distributor pricing and validation processes
- Analyzes pricing reports and coordinates resolution efforts with suppliers
- Executes end-to-end sourcing operational workflows
- Collaborates with suppliers and distributors to resolve issues
- Develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospital administration, or related field required
- Three (3) years in healthcare, supply chain, procurement or operations experience required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is required
- Previous experience with data analysis, reporting, pricing management, or contracts preferred
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational capabilities, ability to conduct complex analysis, and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change
