About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the information security architecture
  • Monitor and administer security mechanisms that provide access control and user account management
  • Assist in conducting audits as needed to ensure compliance with published policies relating to the security of information system resources
  • Test and implement technical security tools and controls as required by the information security architecture
  • Monitor, identify and report on security exposures and threats
  • Participate in system design reviews and product evaluations
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures regarding the use and access of data
  • Provide training and consulting regarding information systems security concepts
  • Assist in audits of data use, access, and conformance to security policies and procedures
  • Maintain/creates necessary documentation for IT security policies, procedures, and internal processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) preferred
  • If not certified, candidates must be willing to obtain certification within 12 months upon hire
  • Three (3) years of IT Security experience required
  • Familiarity with Cloud and Security Technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and Defender
