About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the information security architecture
Monitor and administer security mechanisms that provide access control and user account management
Assist in conducting audits as needed to ensure compliance with published policies relating to the security of information system resources
Test and implement technical security tools and controls as required by the information security architecture
Monitor, identify and report on security exposures and threats
Participate in system design reviews and product evaluations
Develop and maintain policies and procedures regarding the use and access of data
Provide training and consulting regarding information systems security concepts
Assist in audits of data use, access, and conformance to security policies and procedures
Maintain/creates necessary documentation for IT security policies, procedures, and internal processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field preferred
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) preferred
If not certified, candidates must be willing to obtain certification within 12 months upon hire
Three (3) years of IT Security experience required
Familiarity with Cloud and Security Technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and Defender
